The attorney general's office is the attorney's office.

In the Argentine Republic , the Attorney General of the Nation is the one in charge of the Public Prosecutor's Office , constituting himself as head or superior to whom the prosecutors who work in the courts must respond and serving as prosecutor before the Supreme Court of Justice . The Public Prosecutor's Office , for its part, has a body called the Administrative Investigations Prosecutor's Office that is dedicated to investigating possible cases of corruption in the Executive Branch .

The Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Defense Ministry (which ensures the guarantee of due defense in court for those who access the public defense service), in turn, make up the Public Ministry of Argentina .

The cases of Colombia and the Dominican Republic

In the case of Colombia , there is also what is known as the Attorney General's Office , whose main objective is to carry out the control, management, surveillance and supervision of the public function carried out by State employees.
