An economic plan is responsible for managing the economic activity of a company , a sector or a region. An investment plan , meanwhile, establishes the destination that will be given to the financial resources of a company.
A works plan allows technicians and public administrations to foresee and execute works. The notion of service plan has a similar meaning.
A pension plan , on the other hand, organizes the contributions to receive a periodic income at the time of retirement, disability, widowhood, orphanhood or survival, while a study plan is the set of teachings and practices that must be taken to complete a cycle of studies and obtain a degree.

In addition to all of the above, we cannot ignore the fact that there is an adverbial phrase that is used very frequently within colloquial language and that uses the term we are analyzing. This is the expression “something not being planned”, which can be said to be used to determine that a fact in question is not appropriate or convenient.
