Suffering

Pain

Disease can be used as a synonym for disease.

Suffering is the action of suffering or suffering from an illness or damage . The sufferer suffers something harmful or disadvantageous in his or her body or spirit .

For example: “I want to leave the illness behind and enjoy life again,” “I assure you that the culprit is going to suffer a great illness,” “After eight months of suffering, the doctor discharged me,” “When "will this cruel and inhuman suffering end?" .

The condition as a disease

The concept can be used as a synonym for illness (a process and status caused by a condition that modifies the ontological state of health): “The patient died last Saturday due to a painful illness,” “This is a condition that progresses silent and that is very difficult to cure” , “I have not been going to work for two weeks due to an eye condition” .

In this sense, to talk about heart conditions is to mention heart diseases, just as gastric diseases indicate conditions of the digestive system.

Suffering

A nervous condition is associated with emotional instability.

An emotional pain

Another use of the notion is linked to everything that causes sentimental or emotional pain . Sufferings are suffering, sad moments or anguish that a subject experiences: “The divorce process was a real suffering, but I am better now,” “I experienced many sufferings at your side, although the good moments predominate,” “Completing so many procedures was “a suffering.”

In general, illness is used to refer to something temporary that, apparently, can disappear in the short term. It is worth mentioning that it usually has a lighter connotation than other terms, such as suffering .

Nervous condition

It is said that someone suffers from nerves when they suffer from an illness with symptoms such as anxiety, restlessness, depression , pessimism, headache, ideas that disturb them and take away their peace, sadness and a large number of conditions that are related to the emotional instability . Among the main causes of this disorder is poor diet.

Some of the advice that is generally given to those who go through this type of condition are the following:

  • Do not worry about issues that cannot be resolved or whose solution is out of your reach. Instead, it is preferable to pay attention to those things that you can control, to avoid constant frustration .
  • Perform some type of physical exercise , since its advantages include an improvement in the functioning of our body, a significant increase in mood as we feel stronger and more attractive, and a discharge of negative energy that allows us to relax in moments of greatest tension.
  • Similar to the previous point, the practice of yoga or meditation is usually indicated.
  • When nervous problems have their origin in economic issues, it is essential to reorganize one's own economy, prioritizing expenses in order to eliminate unnecessary ones and considering the possibility of changing jobs. You should not be afraid of drastic changes, since in many cases they are very beneficial .
  • Changing your routine also helps you relax and regain energy. This does not mean that it is necessary to start with a clean slate, but a series of modifications, especially if they present new challenges, are ideal for feeling strong again and wanting to move forward.
  • Get rid of the idea that everything depends on them. For certain people it is very difficult to understand that they should respect and take care of themselves before others, but this leads them to a state of saturation from which they can only get out by drastically slowing down and restructuring their relationships .
  • Eat a diet based on vegetables and fruits, the best source of nutrients for our body, which avoids a series of destructive chemicals and brings us closer to the Earth.
  • Drink a good amount of water daily.
