Grief

Grieving woman

"Cuita" can be understood as affliction, anguish or sadness.

A worry is a misfortune , anguish or a task . Note that this is the first meaning mentioned in the dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy ( RAE ) for this feminine noun, since it has different uses. One that is no longer habitual alludes to a desire or a vehement longing .

Examples

Let's look at three examples of worries in context: “The boy's worries began when he lost his job and shortly after he suffered a car accident that left him immobilized for a long time,” “I don't usually get bitter about sports worries, I'm much more worried about what "It happens with my loved ones and with my compatriots," "The internal issues are already weakening the political coalition that has been in power for just three months."

In the first sentence, we can understand that the young man experienced a difficult situation, both physical and emotional suffering , since he had to go through a time in his life in which everything seemed to go wrong. The second tells us about the typical problems of sports clubs, with friction between players and coaches, disagreements with representatives and other episodes that often occupy more space in the media than the games themselves.

The broadcaster assures that this superficial and sensational layer of professional sports does not usually cause him discomfort, since he prefers to focus on his loved ones and the social situation in his country. Finally, we see the term cuita once again to refer to difficulties in a professional relationship, in this case political, that can put at risk the solidity of a government structure to the detriment of the people.

sadness or worry

A worry is something that can imply sadness or worry . It can be linked to an unfortunate event, a complex circumstance or a confrontation . Worries, in this framework, are pains or sorrows : “I can't stand this worry anymore, I'm desperate,” “Let me help you cope with your worries,” “Lucrecia spent hours telling Fabiola about her worries.”

As we can see in the three examples just presented, a problem understood in this way is difficult to face and overcome . A personal situation that distresses us at this level can lead to health problems of varying severity , starting with dangerous stress , one of the most frequent sources of physical and mental deterioration .

It is for this reason that when faced with a problem it never hurts to ask for help from our loved ones, whether it be our friends, our family or even people with whom we do not have a very close relationship, but who have the tools to guide us to a path. of light, where we recover clarity to understand how to get out of the well and recover happiness .

One of the characteristics of a problem can be seen in the first example: the affliction reaches such a degree that it causes us to despair because we do not know what to do to solve the problem that causes it. In the second example we see that the sender asks his interlocutor to allow him to help him: if we have that immense fortune, we should never say no. Finally, the relief necessary to clear our mind can take hours of externalizing everything that distresses us.
