The coconut or coconut tree is a tree with a tropical climate.

The term coconut has different uses. It can refer to a tree , the fruit of said species, an imaginary creature or the head of a person, to mention some of the meanings.

A coconut, therefore, can be a coconut tree . This plant species belongs to the family group of palms and reaches a height of about 25 meters, with leaves that are segmented into lacinias (elongated and irregular strips) and floral clusters.

Coconuts grow on beaches with a tropical climate , both in the Pacific and Indian oceans and in the Caribbean Sea. To develop, they require high temperatures and a high level of environmental humidity.

Uses of coconut

Coconut is used in multiple ways. Its wood , for example, is used in the field of construction. With the fermented sap, meanwhile, a spirit known as coconut wine is made.
