A meeting occurs when a group of people get together.

Meeting is the act and result of gathering (grouping, associating, agglutinating , coupling or accumulating). The most common use of the concept is associated with the group of individuals that comes together , either spontaneously or organized, for some reason.

For example: "Please tell Dr. Koudpa that I am going to be late for the meeting," "In half an hour I have to be at Martina's school since there will be a parents' meeting," "In the middle of the meeting, the "The owner's son stood up and began to insult his partners."

The etymology of meeting
