Piltrafa

Bone

Scraps are leftovers or leftovers of food.

The filtrafa is the meat that is almost impossible to use as food , since it has little more than the skin and a large amount of nerves. By extension, waste or food leftovers are called waste.

For example: “There were nothing left but the scraps from yesterday's roast” , “Charity must require some effort: donating scraps is not an act of kindness” , “I fed myself with scraps for several days, until I was rescued” .

Piltrafa, a very weak individual or one who does not have moral solidity

That individual who is very skinny or has a reduced physical build is also usually classified as a waste. The same can be said, in a symbolic sense, of the subject who lacks moral solidity: “I was sad to see Román: he is a wreck because of his illness,” “When I was young I was a wreck, but then I got fat,” “I don't want to to have as a partner a scumbag capable of swindling his own mother.”

The qualifier filtrafa, therefore, is usually used in a derogatory or pejorative manner, as if minimizing certain conditions of the person.

Thinness

A very thin individual is called filtrafa.

Effect of a bad moment

In the same way, the term filtrafa is often used to refer to the situation in which a person finds themselves as a result of a bad situation in their life. Thus, an example of this is the following: “The days after his wife's death, Manuel was a real wreck. And he didn't want to get out of bed, he didn't eat and he didn't even wash himself."

Likewise, at a colloquial level, the term human waste is used very frequently. This is used to refer to a person who is totally despicable due to his lack of principles and values as well as his selfish, ambitious behavior and without morals of any kind.

However, it is also common for a person to use it to refer to themselves when, due to certain circumstances, they are not feeling well on a physical level. A clear example of this is the following phrase: “What a cold I have caught, I am a human wreck.”

The singer Pil Trafa
