Several meanings
The core, in short, is the fundamental issue of a matter . It is the most important thing, that which defines its essence or its characteristics. Some of the most used synonyms of this word are the following: core, substance, foundation, bottom and base . Two of its most common antonyms are exterior and surface .
It is worth noting that the Royal Spanish Academy ( RAE ) recognizes other meanings of meollo in its dictionary. The notion can refer to understanding or reasoning , to name one of the meanings.
Medulla may also refer to the brain , the mass of nervous tissue found inside the skull . Alternatively, it may refer to the soft substance found inside bones, also known as marrow .

In Psalm 63, David speaks of the core, referring to "the substantial thing."
In the Bible
In Psalm 63 of the Bible we find a passage that combines the use of the terms “matter” and “fatness ,” stating that the soul of the speaker, David, will be satisfied with both things. In this case, we must understand the first as “the substantial, the most important thing,” while the second is “the richness.”
David expresses through these words that when he finds God his spirit will rise, because there is no greater love than that which he feels towards Him, who has saved him, who fills his soul with joy and his mouth with jubilation when praising Him.
