Tuition

A registration plate is an official list in which individuals or vehicles are registered for a specific purpose. The term comes from the late Latin matricŭla , which can be translated as “list” .

TuitionAdditionally, registration is known as the group of subjects or goods that were registered and the document that allows proof of the registration in question. For example: “In the last five years, enrollment for this degree grew by 24%,” “It is prohibited to drive on public roads without registration,” “I have not yet paid the tuition for the next course.”

The use of the concept is common in the field of education . When a student wishes to study at an educational institute, he or she must first enroll: that is, register with the institution by following certain formal steps. Generally, to register you need to pay a fee, which is also mentioned as registration.

Let's take the case of a hypothetical school called Santa Madre de Dios . This institution has an enrollment of 250 students ; Therefore, 250 young people study there. On the other hand, it can be said that the annual tuition at the Santa Madre de Dios school is 5,000 pesos , since each year the student must pay that amount to study there.

In the same way, within the academic field we cannot forget what is known as honors registration. This is the grade awarded to that student who has obtained excellence in a subject, who has managed to achieve the highest possible grade.

When obtaining honors registration in a subject of a university degree in Spain, the student will enjoy a discount the following year in the payment of the corresponding academic fees.

The license plate, on the other hand, is the identification of each vehicle . It is a combination of letters and/or numbers that is captured on a metal or plastic plate. For a car, van, truck, motorcycle or other means of motor transport to be authorized to circulate, they must display the license plate in the place indicated by law.

In the same way, we must not overlook that there are another series of interesting aspects about car license plates:

-If they begin with CD and are red, they belong to a diplomatic corps.

-If they are green and begin with the letters CC, they indicate that they belong to consular office vehicles.

-The license plates that are blue and start with the letters OI mean that they belong to cars from international organizations.

-For their part, yellow license plates with black characters are those carried by vehicles of administrative or technical personnel of a diplomatic corps.

-The license plates that are red, that begin with the letter R and that have black characters are those that must be used by trailers and semi-trailers weighing more than 750 kilos.

In addition, there are also specific license plates for, for example, vehicles that operate as Public Service, in the case of taxis, and even for company vehicles that have temporary permits.
