In this sense, it must be said that af comes from as fuck , a phrase used when something is excessive . However, in other contexts, lit af makes specific mention of someone who is very drunk or drugged , since lit can refer to intoxication .

LIT in health
The idea of LIT also appears in the field of health . It is the acronym for tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes , which in English are known as TILs (for tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes ).
It is important to keep in mind that a lymphocyte is a type of white blood cell or leukocyte : a blood cell that is responsible for the development of immune responses to the presence or action of antigens.
In the specific case of LIT, they are naturally found in the inflammatory infiltrates of certain tumors . Therefore, they are lymphocytes that, from the blood, pass to the tumor in order to attack cancer cells.
LITs are used in some treatments that are in an experimental phase. What is done is to proceed to extract the LIT that are located in a patient's tumor and then grow them in a laboratory to multiply their quantity.
Once this is achieved, the LIT are administered to the patient through the intravenous line. The objective is for LITs to destroy cancer , being central actors of the immune system.
