Animation 3d Minions movie

Computer animation is immensely popular in various fields, such as film and video games.

Animation is a concept with several uses. Derived from the Latin animatio , the term may refer to the act and result of animating or animating : inciting an action , granting movement, infusing energy.

animated images

The idea of animation refers to the process that is developed to produce animated images from objects or drawings . It is a technique that allows generating the sensation of movement in something inanimate .

Thanks to the animation, viewers believe that the elements actually move. But, in reality, it is an optical illusion . In the case of cartoons , for example, they were originally produced by drawing each of the frames individually.

For every second of animation, in this frame, twenty-four frames were used. A camera then photographed each frame and the resulting images were placed in sequence , producing the illusion of movement.

Volume or stop motion animation ; plastimation or claymation; and computer animation or digital animation are other methods that make the development of this type of films possible.

computer animation

This discipline is one of the most used since the mid-90s for the production of video games and movies , as well as other products, including applications for mobile devices. Generally speaking, animation that is created entirely on a computer can be two-dimensional or three-dimensional , although the latter is the most popular. In the first case, the scenarios and characters are built from pixels or vectors, so that information regarding volume or depth is not stored. In the second, however, three-dimensional modeling tools are used.

Making a static drawing or model is an art, which few people can achieve masterfully. However, animation is another field, which may or may not be mastered by the same individual. While the first requires a special perception of proportions and colors, the second focuses on behavior and movements. An excellent graphic representation of a horse, for example, can be poorly animated if the animator fails to capture its fluidity when walking, trotting or galloping, the movements of its head, its tail, its mane in the wind, its actions when is standing or sleeping, etc.

The degree of observation required by animation is very high, and not many teams are capable of offering impeccable results. At a global level, Pixar stands out for its tireless work since the origins of 3D, always a pioneer in this field, offering new techniques and technologies to improve its films and short films . One of the most useful practices is to use reference videos when making very specific animations; for example, to make a character jump for joy or yawn, among other actions that require special emphasis to be convincing.

Unlike old cartoons, computer animation does not require the elaboration of each frame ; On the contrary, the programs are responsible for completing the information between two key frames , following different criteria to adjust the results to the needs of the animators.

Frame by frame animation

It is possible to create animations by photographing different poses of real dolls.

Encourage participation

The notion of animation, on the other hand, can be used to name the work carried out by those who encourage the participation of individuals in an activity . The animation of a party , to mention one possibility, consists of inviting attendees to join various games or proposals.

Children's entertainment is specifically aimed at children. Usually the entertainers are dressed as famous people, clowns , etc. and they want the little ones to have fun at birthdays and other social events.
