Making a clarification involves providing information to promote understanding.

Basically it refers to an exceptional procedural remedy that, sometimes, is undertaken with the objective that the corresponding judicial bodies proceed to clarify a specific aspect or issue of the sentence .
In the same way, it is considered that this type of clarification may consist of the aforementioned bodies rectifying certain material errors that have occurred or those that have been committed at an arithmetic level.
